I think the listing was by seniority in rank and consecration date (Bp. Daniel is listed after Bp. Demetrios, for instance, although the former is a diocesan and the latter is an auxiliary), though I'm not certain.

As for who else was missing, I believe this is the rest:

Metr. John (Ukrainian - Canada)
Bp. Dimitrios (GOA auxiliary) (one of two with this name)
Metr. Antonio (Antiochian - Mexico)
Bp. Mitrophan (Serbian - Eastern US)
Bp. Georgije (Serbian - Canada)

I can't figure out who the other one missing is.

I appreciate the addition of Bp Alejo on this list, who had been accidentally left off of the officially released statement.

Do we know who the 10 absent bishops are? I have only been able to come up with 5 ruling hierarchs who were absent:

Met Maximos (Greek - Pittsburgh)
Met Sotirios (Greek - Toronto)
Abp Alypy (ROCOR - Chicago)
Abp Kirill (ROCOR - San Francisco)
Bp Longin (Serbia)

The EA itself will be preparing a list of canonical bishops, priests, deacons, parishes and monasteries in North America, but it would be nice to round out this snapshot of our current North American episcopacy.

If all of the auxiliaries are listed last within each delegation, then Bp Michael should be moved ahead of Bp Irineu within the OCA delegation.
