Good question. I've been collecting data on historical clergy assignments, and I haven't seen any other references to an early Russian parish in Erie (aside from Protopopov's mention above). I can put Korchinsky in Carnegie PA (basically Pittsburgh, ~130 mi. from Erie) in 1911, and in Youngstown OH (~100 mi. from Erie) in 1915. So he was definitely in that part of the country, but I don't know anything specific about an Erie parish. It's possible that he visited Erie, but that the town didn't have a Russian parish. I'll see if I can find anything else.

>was appointed rector of the St Michael church and visiting priest to parishes in Erie, Carnegie and Youngstown

Anyone have more information on said parish in Erie? There's ROCOR/Old Rite parish(es), of course, and there was an OCA parish in the 1980s/90s that was closed, but the OCA parish doesn't seem to have had any connection to an early Metropolia parish.
